Hadith on Proper Recitation

The Prophet (ﷺ) said:
“من قرأ القرآن فليحسن قراءته، فإنما يرحم الله من يحسن قراءته.”
“Whoever recites the Qur’an should recite it beautifully, for Allah bestows His mercy upon those who recite it well.”
(Jami’ at-Tirmidhi)

Additionally, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said:
“إِنَّمَا جُعِلَتْ صَلَاتُكُمْ فِي قُرْآنٍ.”
“Your prayer is established through the Qur’an.”
(Musnad Ahmad)
